Planning Experience with KPW: Your wedding is YOUR wedding, not ours.  Our job is to figure out what makes you and your fiancé click.  We get to know the two of you and your families and decide how to best represent you, because, let’s face it, a wedding reception is a big personality party.  What’s more important however, is the fact that you’re marrying someone who loves you as much as you love them.   AtKate Parker Designs we want you to actually keep your marriage in mind throughout the planning process which is why we offer multiple planning packages to ensure you don’t have to dig, research and argue over pricing, menus, and color schemes.  Let us help you find the perfect photographer who knows not to take tons of posed images, the cake baker who specializes in gluten-free and vegan desserts, and let us help you create details and nuances that feel just like the two of you. 

We are here to guide, not to decide. In all honesty, we sort of don’t care what your color scheme is or your style of reception, no offense of course.  That’s not up to us to choose for you.  Our job is to take all the pieces you want to incorporate, to find you the highest quality vendors around, and to orchestrate your wedding weekend without taking over and stressing everyone out.  You will probably be a big ball of nerves anyway, so we don’t really have to add to that by running around with clipboards, business suits, and headsets.  Everyone at KPW is a laid-back New Englander at heart, and we always blend seamlessly with your guests to keep things in order and on track without causing a scene.

KP Studio Partial Coordination - For those who need help getting their team of wedding vendors together but wants to plan large portion of their wedding themselves.  We pick up 12-weeks before to take the stress away and execute the wedding events.

KP Studio Day-Of Coordination - For those who can take care of the selection of their vendors, planning process, and want precise execution of their wedding day.

2. Final Coordination with all vVendors - 2 weeks and 1 week before the wedding including arrival times, directions, end times, and special requests
3. Assistance with Tipping your Vendors
4. Final Payments to each Vendor on the Wedding Day
5. Complete Wedding Day Coordination by a KP Studio Associate and Assistant

KPW to go - For those who want a planner's perspective during the vendor selection process and with design elements without any on-site assistance.

1. A pre-vetted list of (3) available vendors per category based on your location, wedding budget, style, season, personality.
2. (3) Custom design recipes including suggested colors, fabrics, flower suggestions, table layouts, and special thoughts from Kate Parker.
3. A tentative day-of schedule based on the size of your wedding, time and location of your ceremony and reception, and desired photography schedule.
4. A Budget Tracker to help set up your payment schedules for your vendors.
5. A Guest List Tracker to help with your RSVP to all your wedding weekend events.
6. The KPW to go Vendor Appointment Guide
1. Full of advice and insight from Kate Parker on what you should expect for your vendors. Question to ask to determine if they're the right vendor for you.
2. Score cards to fairly compare each vendor based on their pricing, services offered, and your overall impression. 

Strategy Session - For the couple looking for guidance, advice and a wedding weekend plan of events.  This 60-minute consultation with Kate Parker includes:

1. Personalized Budget Analysis
2. Recommendation of vendors based on your personality and style
3. Creation of your estimated wedding day schedule 
4. Discussion of the overall wedding design- colors, style, theme
5. Discussion of rental needs- china, glassware, flatware, linens, tables 

Fees:  Each client has individual needs depending on the location, timeline, and scale of their wedding; therefore each quote is customized for our clients.
