KPW to go is an exclusive service to help get you started in your planning process. With an in-depth profiling questionnaire, we find out your budget, location, likes, dislikes, favorite colors, style of decorating, personalities, you name it, we want to know about it! The questionnaire replaces our initial meetings with our clients, which usually last almost 2 hours, so there's a lot of information we have to collect! It's sort of like Kate Parker's brain is shipped right to your door, full of information and design inspiration developed especially for you!

What's included in the KPW to go service?

A pre-vetted list of (3) available vendors per category based on your location, wedding budget, style, season, personality.
(3) Custom design recipes including suggested colors, fabrics, flower suggestions, table layouts, and special thoughts from Kate Parker
A tentative day-of schedule based on the size of your wedding, time and location of your ceremony and reception, and desired photography schedule.
